1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Affilitube ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a web-based tool that helps users identify and evaluate YouTube channels as potential affiliate marketing partners across multiple niches. The Service uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve publicly available channel and video information.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 3 searches per month with up to 10 results per search. No CSV export or saved reports.
• Pro Plan: 100 searches per month, full results, CSV export, saved searches and reports. Billed monthly ($39/month) or annually ($299/year).

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's API policies. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, or mislead YouTube content creators
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service

6. Data and Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Service processes publicly available YouTube data and does not collect private information from YouTube channels.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of channel data, scores, or affiliate signal detection. Results should be verified independently before making business decisions. YouTube channel data may change at any time and cached results may not reflect real-time information.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your access to saved data will be revoked, though we may retain certain information as required by law.
